This exclusive line is produced with 5 layers of aluminum and stainless steel (aluminum for excellent heat distribution
heat, steel for greater durability).
Its ergonomic stainless steel handle always stays at a pleasant temperature and sits comfortably and securely in the hand. The pan features the patented Stratanium® non-stick coating , which is extremely durable and allows the use of metal kitchen utensils.
Slow cooking enthusiasts will be thrilled with this seal, as it ensures nothing will burn, even during long simmering sessions. The pan is suitable for all types of stovetops , including ovens up to 250°C (482°F), and is generally dishwasher safe. However, to ensure longevity, we recommend cleaning it by hand.
